Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping

Every Lumeria order ships free, with tracking, in discreet plain packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package says what's inside.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order hasn't arrived, email us at lumeria.us@outlook.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
